18.30 – 19.00 hrs run training*
19.00 – 20.00 hrs Yoga4running

Tuesday
19.00 – 20.00 uur yoga for all athletes
20.00 – 20.30 uur runtraining*
20.30 – 21.30 hrs Yoga4running

Friday 
09.30 tot 10.00 hrs run training*
10.00 tot 11.00 hrs Yoga4running

Saturday
09.00 tot 10.00 hrs Yoga for all levels (not at this moment)
09.30 – 10.30 hrs Pre-CPC Den Haag training for 10 km and 21 km (from december 30 2018 onwards 10-week training, only possible to subscribe for the entire 10-week training)

* Only in combination with Yoga4running yogaclass, pre-reservation obligatory
*Classes are taught in Dutch and English

On the following dates there are no classes:

  • December 24 to and included December 26 2018
  • December 31 2018
  • January 01 2019

Important before the start of the class:

  • try and be present about 5-10 minutenbefore the start of the the class, this allows you to prepare in all calmness for the yogaclass
  • do not eat too much just before the class. After the class it is good to drink water in order to get ride of any toxics.
  • make sure to wear easy fitting cloths, like a t-shirt, tank top, sportstrousers, etc
  • Inform the teacher about any physical injuries
  • there is no dressing room or shower, hoever there is a room to change
  • bring your own towel and if you have also your own mat
